From the moment I rented the condo online last month, until checking out today, it was the smoothest process I have had using VRBO (which we use quite often). Regina was always avaible, provided updates throughout the wait prior to coming and when we arrived then let us enjoy our time peacefully. Thank you Regina!!! The condo was immaculate! Clean and comfortable! In such a secluded neighborhood off the beaten path which we desperately sought in order to relax, breathe and bond (my wife and I). However, the lake, restaurants and the energy of the city was within a 5 minute drive as well as the London bridge 3 minutes away which was neat.
