This beautiful new home was completed in April 2023 and thoughtfully curated in contemporary design. It features 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and RV garage. The indoor and outdoor space seamlessly comingle to enhance your vacation experience. The covered outdoor kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. Don't worry you won't miss the game, catch it on the outdoor TV while grilling up the steaks. Relax poolside with an ice-cold beverage and enjoy the breathtaking Lake Havasu sunsets and beautiful lake views right from the backyard. Inside you’ll find every detail was thoughtfully attended to which includes modern custom cabinets and quartz counter tops complimented by black stainless-steel appliances. Unwind in the living room and watch your favorite program on the 75” TV and sound bar. Each bedroom features luxury bedding and mattresses to ensure a good night sleep. Wake up refreshed and get ready for your day on the water. Park your boat, RV or toys in the 14’ tall 51’ deep RV garage. Garage door is 12 x 14\. Still not enough room? No problem, the 50’ plus custom paver driveway will accommodate the rest of your vehicles or toys. This house is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy! Want to enjoy the pool in the winter? It’s no problem the pool can be heated to accommodate the chilly temperatures. (Extra charges apply) Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. 55” flat screen TV. Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed and 55” flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed and 55" flat screen TV. Living room features a full-size pull-out sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen with modern custom cabinets, quartz countertops and black stainless-steel appliances. Dining room table has seating for eight. Full access to the entire house, garage, pool and outdoor kitchen. Cable and WiFi are included. Front and backyards are beautifully landscaped. Guest Access: Guests will be provided with an access code for the front door on their check in day. Interaction with guests: Guests can call or text with any questions. POLICIES: \-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. \-Check in 4PM - Check out 11AM \-No smoking on the premises. A $500 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations. \-No pets allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations. \-No glass permitted outdoors near the pool. \-It is the responsible guest's obligation to ensure the safety of everyone on the property and most notably around the pool at all times. \-PLEASE NOTE: Propane usage is billed at $3.75 per gallon for the pool and spa. This is our cost. On average, the spa can use 3-5 gallons per hour and substantially more for the pool. Expect to use 40-50 gallons per day to heat the pool in the winter to a swimmable temperature of 85-88 degrees. It is significantly less in the summer. The propane tank is metered and can be read daily to see how much is being consumed. Daily updates can be provided by contacting the host. Guests are responsible for cleaning the outdoor kitchen area including the grill. We stayed for 13 nights. Highly recommended for people looking for a new home. There's a water purifier in the kitchen, a large TV with YouTube, a new washing machine, a jacuzzi that boils quickly in 30 minutes, and clean beds and towels. The garage is spacious and clean. It flows very well inside and out. It was build with upgraded custom features, takes advantage of the lake views from the pool and even better by the elevated outside gazebo/bbq/bar area. The kitchen is huge for entertaining as well. Comfortable beds, nice sound system, and perfect location.The property managers are fantastic. I needed to have something delivery by Amazon which they put into the locking mailbox. The owners coordinated quickly with me and their cleaners to come and get me into the mailbox so I could get my delivery. Amazing stay First impression was how beautiful and vlean this home is ! Everything looks new from the kitchen to the rooms/bathrooms and the backyard ! The back yard was our favorite . Perfect for the family . Our kids enjoyed the pool and spa very much and the bbq area was perfect for entertaining . The location was also great . The home is about 7 minutes from london bridge and very close to convenience stores . We will definitely be staying here again ! Last but not least communication with the host was also great . I stayed for 14 nights. The house is new, built just one year ago. The TV, washing machine, and everything are up to date, so I feel safe. The owner, Mark, responds quickly. When I asked Mark to refill the toilet paper, he did so two hours later. He always responds quickly. I feel safe. The jacuzzi heats up in about 30 minutes, so it's convenient when I want to use it. Its large, clean, and in a great location of town. The kitchen was easy to work in, with the open concept, and easy to stay involved with what's on TV, or the conversation. Livingroom seating was comfortable for watching the large TV. Great for our movie night. Bedrooms were large enough to be comfortable and the beds made for a good night's sleep. The second laundry in the garage got used a couple times. With the half bath in the garage, that you can also enter into from the pool was wonderful when lounging at the cabana. The outdoor cabana and pool side had plenty of seating, lounging, and let's not forget the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. With the views mountains one way lake the other way. All and all this is a beautiful spacious home. ##### Len C. We drove 12 hr to came to go to lake and most of us didn’t want to leave the property. Host was fast with a communication either letting me know something or me asking questions.
