You'll find a CLEAN pool upon your arrival. Just ask and in cooler months it can be heated* (guests pay for heating costs). Depending on the season use either the solar cover (no cost) or NATURAL GAS which is very inexspensive compaared to propane gas. Only 20% of houses in Havasu have natural gas (this saves you $$). At night, turn off all lights and enjoy a night of star gazing which is phenomenal on moonless nights! We provide THICK comfy cushions on all our outdoor lounging chairs and there is plenty of shade on HOT summer days.

Only 7 min drive to the London Bridge & located just 5 min from popular Windsor Beach & launch ramps. Plenty of room to park your boat and/or wave-runners. Plus gated/secure boat parking (upon request). Located on quiet cul-de-sac street, no traffic noise :)


NOTE: $129* cleaning fee included in quote is for up to 4 guests (add $10 each additional person). * Our MONTHLY cleaning fee is $189 (for 2 guests) add $30 for each additional person. We allowed a max of 4 guests during winter months.

RULES: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use property & pool. Any additional people using the house or pool require APPROVAL & there may be an additional fee of $10/day per person. Please let us know if you plan on having visitors or more people at the house when you inquire (and BEFORE you book). Six people MAX (including any visitors) are allowed at the house at any time (with approval). Thanks for understanding :)
