Enjoy a fun desert getaway at this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home! Located in a quiet neighborhood, this 1,730 sq ft home sleeps 7 comfortably. There’s plenty of space for your boat, jet skis, and RTVs, including a 12 ft x 90 ft watercraft parking area behind a locked gate, plus a 3-car driveway. Just a quick 10-minute drive to the London Bridge, you’ll be close to dining, shops, beaches & all the water fun Lake Havasu has to offer.

PARKING
• Park in designated areas only. Do not block driveways (city ordinance enforced).
• Garage accessible, but no parking inside.
• Limit: 3 vehicles, or 3 vehicles + 1 watercraft, or 2 vehicles + 2 watercrafts.

Hard to beat for the money

This was one of the cheaper properties that I looked at. The pictures looked good, but I still had hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the stay was. Good linens, comfy beds, and good Wifi. We have a yearly golfing trip to the Laughlin/Havasu area and would definitely stay again.

Felt like home!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. This property was so easy to get to great parking for our boat, space was great lots of space. We had a lot of family that canceled on us so it was just four of us but this house could comfortably accommodate 10 easy. Game room in the garage was a great bonus.Check-in was simple and conversation through email with the owner was great she provided instructions so clear and simple. Looking forward to another trip here.

Short Visit

We were supposed to stay from Wednesday to Monday but we live in Florida and hurricane Milton was going to have direct hit on our area so we had to come later after the airport was reopened. This property owner did not offer any kind of compensation. Another VRBO we were staying at when we had to leave early for the hurricane refunded us the 3 nights were not able to stay. The place was extremely clean and spacious. We were there for a work event so we only slept and showered there.
