Havasu Hot Spot w/ Heated Pool, Game Room, Plenty of Parking & King Beds.

  • Welcome to our centrally located pool home where you'll enjoy your own private heated swimming pool and play cornhole while you barbeque in the backyard. If the weather drives you inside you'll have so much fun enjoying the pool table, foosball, and large Tic Tac Toe board. If boardgames and cards are your thing we have those too. And thanks to the walkway behind the house you're only a short 5 minute walk to the center of town or a 15 minute walk to the London Bridge. Even faster on bikes.

The house is open and very comfortable. Convenient location. The pool and pool table provided hours of entertainment. Very nice house and very clean. I would highly recommend staying at Timothy's house. We will be back when there is a convenient opening.

I would love the air lower than 72 at night and more than 1 roll of toilet paper but this place was perfect other than that! Perfect location and parking! We didn't use the pool but loved the outdoor sitting area! We'll be back for sure!

Very convenient location for exploring Havasu! Also plenty of things to do on the property to keep the entire family busy when not exploring. From the game room to the private outdoor space and pool, we wish we had a few more days to spend here! Tim was a great host and would definitely stay again.

Great Family Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely, fun, and comfortable home. Located near the lake and stores this place is an odeal vacation home. We had a very fun and relaxing vacation at Lake Havasu and look forward to doing it again! The host was quick to respond when we had questions, and was very helpful during our stay. Would highly suggest staying here to families vacationing at Lak Havasu!

We really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities the house had to offer! The house was clean and well maintained and the bed in the master was like sleeping on a cloud. The host was very attentive and replied to all of my messages within minutes. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Havasu.

Havasu Blast 💥

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The pool and pool table n the Pac Man game was cool and gave us many options to do while we stayed there. It is centrally located and very close to Hwy 95. Great communication with the property management too.

Father son weekend

The house is great in a super close to town location. A bit cold for me to get into the pool but the 19 year old boy jumped in a few times. The house is very clean and the technologies all work well. Thanks for a great stay. Havasu is awesome.

Quick getaway

This is a great house located close to downtown. There is a walking trail located behind the house which we walked every morning. House is very clean and decorated very cute. We had fun playing the arcade games and even had a competition to see who could get the highest score. Timothy was quick to reply to any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be staying here again.

Everything we expected and more

We relaxed in the pool. We taught our kids how to play some of the board games and billiards. Turns out our youngest son loves it! These are things we wouldn't have done if we stayed home. We loved this house. They had everything we needed and were so accommodating. Thank you to the owners for their kind and prompt Communication.

This home is absolutely wonderful. It has everything one would want or need. The HOST is so communicative and responds in record time! :) :) :) Such wonderful hosts and home. Walking,shops,restaurants,London bridge and the village and so close to everything to much to mention here. This home is absolutely top notch,I give it a 100% star rating if they had offered only a up to 10% star rating. I plan on surely booking this home again next year. Beautiful home close to lake BUT..

Overall very nice stay, unfortunately was discouraged to see the host used our rental insurance to recoup damages done by a previous guest. Pool stick was broken and taped together upon our arrival. The chalk for the pool cues was also broken and in tiny pieces. We went to big five to purchase some new chalk, so we could use the pool table the one day we stayed home. So we went out of our way to replace something we didn’t break and left the entire pack of chalk behind for the next guest. Had we broken the pool stick we would’ve replaced it at the same time. So I can only assume the previous guest didn’t purchase insurance and this was the easiest way for the host to claim it, was to claim we broke it, which we did not. We left the home exactly as we found it and even went out of our way to sweep, mop and disinfect countertops and replace trash bags, paper towels and anything else we used. Otherwise a good stay but the cleaners could’ve done a better job prior to our stay as there were dead and alive crickets throughout the property and it didn’t look like anyone had swept as there were a bunch of dead crickets and dust behind the game machine. I also had to skim the pool which was green upon arrival. We used the pool on the third day as it was the bluest but had to be skimmed to get all the bugs out, location was nice and home was overall nicely well kept. But clearly if they’re blaming us for something that was in that shape when we arrived there’s some dishonesty afoot
