So, its just you and your family needing some us time? Then this is the house for you. A Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath with split floorplan with a beautiful Barn Door adding privacy to the Primary bedroom. Parking is abundant on both sides of the property. And, a beautiful NEW pool (non heatable)- its large enough for pool games, laps or lots of floating in the sunshine. It was simple, so nothing special about it, except the pool. The furniture was a little banged up, except the new sectional.
