Enjoy you own refreshing private pool, sweeping Lake & Mountain Views (no power lines), pool lounge, outdoor dining/seating area with full outdoor kitchens/outdoor grill. Enjoy the view deck w/seating for beautiful sunsets. Newly renovated home in unique pocket neighborhood with new flat screens in every room! Fantastic location! Only 6 blocks to body beach, 4 min to London-bridge, restaurants, Safeway and bars. There is a separate locked and unoccupied casita on this property. Ample BOAT, TOY, CAR parking in the large driveway and along the front of the property available for our valued guests. Washer/dryer facilities/garage not available. Modern laundromat only 5 min away. We have 170 + glowing 5 star reviews on another platform. Guests LOVE this property!! Come and enjoy your very own PRIVATE OASIS. You’ll be back every year.
