Discover this inviting home on the north side of town at Crystal Beach steps to Castle rock bay. The expansive interior offers all the comforts of home, including plush furnishings, a 65”flat-screen Smart TV, and modern decor. During downtime, head to Castle Rock bay for kayaking, fishing, or a dip in the lake! Also bring your dirt toys as there is trails right across the street!

When your travel companions grow hungry, relocate to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with modern appliances and all essential utensils. With a breakfast bar, 4-person table, and patio furniture outside, there's plenty of space to savor your culinary masterpiece!

After a day of outdoor adventures, retreat to the master bedroom outfitted with a king-sized bed, 55” flat-screen Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower with dual shower heads. Everyone is sure to sleep soundly in the remaining 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms come with stunning mountain, city lights or lake views.

1/2 acre on top of a hill over looking Castle rock! Less than an 8-mile drive will take you to the Lake Havasu Windsor Launch Ramp, where you can launch your boat to get out on the Colorado River! Spend the day boating, tubing, and jet skiing, or stay home and enjoy the relaxing scenery of Lake Havasu State Park Castle Rock Bay





Castle Rock Bay Road is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. It is within Havasu National Wildlife Refuge. It is 1.9 miles long and begins at 469 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 3.9 miles with a total elevation gain of 300 feet.



If you're in the mood to golf, head to Bridgewater Links, Lake Havasu Golf Club, or Refuge Golf & Country Club. Also within an easy drive is the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge where you can go hiking and fishing!

Beautiful home off the beaten path
gorgeous house off the beaten path. We walked down to Castle Rock Bay. OHV trails right out the front door. Short 10 minute drive to Havasu State Park and boat launch. This is a great place to stay if you want out of the chaos of main street Havasu. Home was prestine, well stocked and the owner easy to work with. We would stay here again.

This house is exactly as advertised. The house is very clean and well maintained. The property is secluded and quiet with a gorgeous mountain view from each window! The owner is friendly and easy to reach. We look forward to coming back next year.
