Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.   
  
PARKING  
Our driveway can comfortably fit up to four cars. Included in your stay as access to our 70 foot RV Garage. Additional parking on the street. Do not park in front of neighbors homes and driveways.

SWIMMING POOL  
Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $150 per night. Spa heating is $75\. If you want spa and pool heated the only fee is the $150 for three night minimum. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.  
  
HOT TUB  
Please rinse off prior to using the hot tub. Please use the hose to fill the hot tub after use. $75 per day for hot tub heating.   
  
QUIET HOURS  
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS- Cameras are located above the garage on the driveway, inside the garage, and on the back side of the home on west end.   
  
SMOKING  
To keep Riviera Ridge fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.  
  
Absolutely No Firearms or Weapons allowed inside the property.
