  • Quite possibly the perfect Lake Havasu location offering so much within walking distance!!!! Go to award winning restaurants, Ice Cream shops, surf/beach shops, parks and the river walk just a short stroll from the condo. Lakeshore Village has so much to offer including, Tennis and pickleball courts, Pool and spa, bbq area and wonderful lake and mountain views. Freshly JUST REMODELDED unit with one bedroom (very COMFORTABLE queen bed!) , A pull out sofa and a private balcony. There is even an overflow parking lot for boat parking! Come stay, you will be glad you did!
