Inside you have a stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for all (even a recliner loveseat), attached sunroom off the master bedroom with a seating area, an indoor/outdoor seating area off the kitchen, a large garage & a driveway for the boat LIVING SPACE: \>Kitchen - full equipped, spacious, breakfast nook with 6 person dinning table (special items include crockpot, vegetable steamer, instant hot water faucet, keurig and drip coffee maker) \>Living Room - TV: Netflix, Roku, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and internet included. The two larger beds are comfortable, the smaller kid beds are not. The area is very quiet which is nice. The home does not get very cold on hot days. The home is not surrounded by construction, which is nice. There was no option to try to get in a little bit early, there was an automated email sent stating not to arrive earlier than 4PM, which is tough when trying to avoid traffic and arriving to Havasu early. The driveway was a bit of a challenge because my car is little and has a very low ground clearance. However, the house was perfect! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything I wanted to do. Looking out the back into the desert and mountains is peaceful. The house is set up with everything I needed to make my month long stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was great; easy to communicate with and responds quickly. If I need a place to stay in Havasu again, this would be first on my list. ##### Terry C. Back yard is literally the mountains so easy access to trails and some nice walking. Older house but very clean. Only thing we didnt like was master shower. Its setup for handicap, which is great, but we found it to be very small for standing and showering. but I wouldn't say it effects a stay...needed to stay a couple extra hours as we were there for a tournament and they changed our schedule to early morning and didnt have time to get out before hand, message was replied fairly quickly and allowed us the extra time.
