Located in one of the top neighborhoods in the area, this spacious home features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 sparkling bathrooms and a huge backyard with Pool and spa, firepit, patio and beautiful lake views. Just a short 3-5 minute drive to the picturesque lake, boat ramp, bars and restaurants and the famous London Bridge.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers

Basic Rules:  
\*MAXIMUM 6 adults at home at any time.   
Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Due to insurance reasons this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 25\.   
  
There are outdoor ring cameras located front and back of the property for security and can be used to check occupancy and “quiet hours” compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds). There is also a camera aimed at the pools/spa equipment to ensure being used properly and is turned off after use.  
  
City Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. City law enforcement in the area that keeps track of any excessively loud noises in the area. No excessive noise should happen during that time please.  
  
We require that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in their reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay. Any extra guests not disclosed that are brought into the home may cause immediate cancellation of your stay or additional $50 per adult guest per night. No parties or any events are allowed on this property.   
  
Please no pets allowed on property (No exceptions).  
  
Please keep in mind that this house is our personal home - not a hotel. We enjoy sharing our home with others who are respectful and considerate. We try our best to provide our guests with an ideal visit with us. If there is something you might like or if you have any suggestions, please let us know!  
  
\*For those long-term guests interested in the $50 extra daily charge for \*HEATED POOL\*

Mike and Angie went above and beyond making our extended stay comfortable and feel like home. Response time was exceptional and any needs were immediately taken care of. This home has everything needed for a great getaway with an awesome pool and alot of room. Very quiet neighborhood, close to lake , groc.store and restaurants. The host Angie is quick to respond to any needs you might have. We came with another couple , all of us 70 plus and felt right at home in this rental.

#### 4th of July

We had a great stay here during the 4th of July. The location was perfect and we could watch the fireworks from the rooftop balcony and was a great view for all the fireworks in the neighborhood. We loved swimming in the pool and just relaxing at the house. We will stay here again next time we drive up north.

#### Great property with pool

We had a great time at our stay. We appreciated the communication as I am not very familiar with operating spa equipment the owner was helpful. Easy entry with key pad. Lots of board games were supplied so we definitely took advantage. View from the lake and the Little Dipper above while sitting in theSpa was perfect. Thank you again!

#### Reunion

Loved the house. Did require significant cleaning on arrival of kitchen towels and equipment. Host was exceptionally responsive. Difficult for a reunion since you were limited in amount of people visiting the house to celebrate
