This home is located at the north side of Lake Havasu with a great view of the lake & mountains. Tall 10' ceilings & 8' tall doors. 3 bedrooms all with Italian furniture king beds & 55'' LG smart TV. Great Room has 85'' LG Smart 8K TV with black Italian Leather Sectional and two black & white cowhide accent chairs with electric fireplace. Large Center Island and 3 cowhide stools. Exotic Wood dinning table for 7. Our kitchen is fully equipped and has a walk in pantry. Counter tops are all designer Granite. Both Bathrooms have back lit vanity mirror's. Patio doors have black pleated shades & Power Shades on all windows. The 12' patio doors open wide to the large 10' by 30' covered patio all with light colored stone pavers with a fire pit pub table for 8, with 4 lounge chairs, Next to the Large POOL & SPA finished with a rich dark blue marble finish with Spill Pots,Water Fall, and LED underwater lights. The patio leads to 10' by 10' side garage door with a full bath & shower for the pool. This is a smart home with an I Pad for the pool & spa controls. and we have a large LP Weber Grill. The driveway is 55' long and Flat on a Very Quite Street, Garage doors are over size 9' by18' and 14' by 18' with remote control openers.
