The Lake House is beautiful and so clean. We loved the layout of the house as well. Having the Master Bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side of the house. We booked this house because of the convenient location. The house although surface clean it could use some overall maintenance, especially paint. The home was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay in Havasu City. We all made good use of the pool which was temp. controlled. Since we traveled in Aug it was nice to have a pool that wasn't 95 deg. to cool off in. There were a few small things that needed repair like a broken tile on the corner of the kitchen counter. It didn't bother us but someone with small children would need to be cautious they didn't bump into it and cut their heads. The RO faucet in the sink and the water/ice dispenser in the fridge did not work so we had to go out an purchase water and ice. This was the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. I would book this home again for our group without hesitation though. The owners responded right away to our questions and we were very comfortable during our stay. ##### Carol S. Very close to the lake and main amenities in town.
