Literally a few steps from downtown. The place was clean and spacious. A few things to consider. Yes, the description is for the entire second floor. However, please note that the second floor is accessible to anyone renting the 1st floor bc there is no door that keeps the second floor completely private. The staircase you see in the photos leading from the front door to the second floor does just that. There is no door at the top of the stairs. There is a door that leads out to the back. I just wish I would have known that before I booked. Although I lived to write this review, just be aware. I would also suggest adding additional blankets for guests. We thoroughly enjoyed the property! Location was only a few blocks walk to the lake. It was light, bright, sparkling clean, and lived up to the photographs. Only disadvantage was that it was quite noisy especially at night ( there was a wedding reception happening next door to the house). Quiet street and very safe neighborhood. And a special perk, the farmers market was right out our front door on Thursday morning!
