"We were pleased with the cleanliness and arrangement of the room, because we had three adults staying and liked having the wall between the main bedroom and the living area with sofa sleeper. The bathroom did not provide enough privacy, because it was not accessible from the living area so that person had to go through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. And the bathroom has a one-way glass, which doesn’t provide as much privacy as we would like. The beds were hard. The people in the room above us were very loud, but the staff were quick to address it when I called."

"Located right across from the train station, this hotel was quiet and well situated for anything Lausanne. The accommodations are simple but it gets the job done. The staff is quite helpful. We have stayed in several places here and this one works out just great."

"My wife and I had a wonderful three night stay at this hotel in late May 2026. We were delighted with our choice and the excellent communication we received in advance. We learned about the helpful Geneva Transport Card which made our trip much easier. The staff were incredibly friendly attentive and helpful. A bonus was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Geneva airport which relieved all our worries about arriving on time. The shuttle drivers were professional polite and helpful. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. One night we ordered dinner to our room and it was delicious, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. We skipped breakfast to explore other options in the tourist areas of Geneva. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel without hesitation!"

"Both Aldriana and Taisiia at the front desk were very helpful and professional. Everyone else acted as if we were an interuption. Not good. The daily breakfast was good and the breakfast room staff was good, until our last morning (Sunday), the woman we delt with suddenly turned sour and argumentative.over a cup of coffee, unbelievable. The biggest debacle was laundry. No one tells you about the procedure at checked in, just that it’s free on the 8th floor. Beware: you need a special card, that of course they are out of. Worst experience ever, Although aMargot was helpful, I wasted hours and was truly frustrated, to make matters worse I requested to speak to the Manager, no response, no follow up, I figure this culture of bad service starts at the top: either the Manager couldn’t be bothered or was never informed, not good. Also every morning the water jug was empty, the trash overflowing and smelly. I won’t return."

"Do not stay at this hotel unless you have a car. We only stayed one night, thank goodness. But total waste of a day in our holiday. Cost us 48CHF, approximately 100AUD to get from airport to hotel. Then another 30 Euro for trip back to airport. No reception you need to go to next hotel to check in. You can not walk to shopping centre or restaurant for food as no footpaths on major road. Hotel is in an industrial estate. We had to pay another 40euro just to get to and from McDonald’s. Breakfast is extremely basic. Crockery is old, chipped and has cracks. My cup of coffee leaked all over me. Other guests were up till after 11 pm enjoying the breakfast room making a lot of noise keeping other guests awake. No staff on site so nothing done about it. Please be warned to choose your airport hotel very wisely. Would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone."
