The property also offers a shared tennis and pickleball court plus a half basketball court! (shared with house behind the court)

*Boat lift is meant for V Boats only, not pontoons. Boat Weight limit/MAX is 8,000lbs. Pontoons can be tied on the West side of the pier that have the bumpers installed.
*Please note, pier use is guaranteed Memorial Day weekend through Labour Day Weekend. Pier is removed after the summer season and stacked on the water front. Please enquire if any sooner/past that date.
*EV Plug Port is available in the garage- Cord Provided fits most EV Vehicles
*Tennis Court is shared with property behind home
*Kayak is available Memorial Day - Labour Day. Life Vests are required to be worn while on the kayak
*Area quiet hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
