ACCESS AND PARKING

The entire condo is yours, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, the living area and the private patio. Self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking on site. A car is recommended; Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Milwaukee airport (MKE) is about 50 minutes away.



AREA

Lake Geneva Ziplining and Adventures is about 10 minutes away, and Hawk's View Golf Club and Grand Geneva Resort and Spa about 14. Boats can be rented nearby at Marina Bay and Jerry's Majestic Marine, and the Geneva Lake Shore Path is close by. For dinner, try Mars Resort Supper Club, Pier 290 or The Getaway on the water, wine at Barrique Bistro, or Topsy Turvy brewery. Winter brings Winterfest, the Ice Castles, skiing and snowshoeing.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if you ask in advance.

• Non-smoking and pet-free home. No parties or events.

• There is no BBQ grill.

• An exterior security camera is on the property.

• A noise monitor is on the property.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors.

• The pool is a shared community pool, open seasonally.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are on site.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize the booking and receive check-in instructions.

• Before check-in, guests complete our Guest Portal and choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
