We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance." This means it has easy access from the airport which is just 1 stop (7 minutes) which is free as the hotel give you the Geneva Pass for the duration of your stay. This gives you free travel on trams, certain trains , trams and boats within the Geneva area. My room was lovely and clean with great amenities. I loved the Curious Botanist products they use which smell gorgeous. I opted for a room with a balcony which was lovely . Great buffet breakfast with quite a lot of choices. Mine was included in the rate I chose. Staff were lovely and friendly . I would most certainly stay here again if and when I visit Geneva as for a 3\* star hotel it was great . I walked everywhere to see all the tourist bits but you can get easy access to the trams which are right across the road from the hotel or around the corner.
