"Check in was quick; we asked if we could have adjoining rooms and they were very willing to accommodate. Our rooms on the 3rd floor had a few stairs partway down the hallway from the elevator which made it challenging for us to get our big suitcases up so that’s something keep in mind for guests with mobility issues. We appreciated the free airport shuttle and breakfast. They were also very accommodating in letting us have a late check out so we could rest in our room a bit longer before catching the shuttle to the airport. My kids loved the pool but it was a bit cold. Also, the showers by the pool didn’t have hot water so they were very cold! Would recommend the hotel for individuals or families looking for a quick and easy stay before heading to the airport!"
