(47 reviews) the Guesthouse is close to a nice park and at walking distance to the shops. Staff were helpful. My luxury room came with double bed, tv (couldn't really watch any channels), separate bathroom with shower, no curtain, basin and toilet. the bed was comfy the shower was hot only half of the time and the pressure also wasn't very strong. The bedroom windows were facing the guesthouse carpark witch can be a bit noisy at times. Water is not suitable for drinking but they sell it at the reception for 1 usd for 1,5 liters. I didn't see any kitchen facilities but they are supposed to have a microwave available for the guest or the ability to order food at the reception. Rooms are nice size however the finish in the bathroom needs improvement for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good with lots of choice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay but do not feel overall that the 5 star rating is accurate. Also we were issued two keys - one works the elevators and the other the room. Unfortunately at check in we were not informed of this, thus ensued some delay in lift until another resident explained how the keys work.
