The staff was very friendly. The property around was very nice. The chalet itself wasnt the greatest. The shower wasnt very clean. It was nice to have a shuttle available 24 hours to take you to the casino.

The check in was fast and easy, as was the check out. Desk staff were very nice! We had a problem with oit waterheater not being on and one call and 5 mins later 2 nice maintenance men were there and it was good as new! Great customer service! The only drawback was the pull oit sofa mattress was not comfortable at all! I put a bunch of blankets on it to help pad the springs but still couldnt sleep on it. Time for a new foam variety?

I’ve always enjoyed coming back home for major holidays. I love to stay at the chalet’s but however, the mattresses on the beds are horrible. They’re very hard. They’re uncomfortable upon arriving getting ready to take my shower. I didn’t have any hot water so I had to call maintenance to come in like the hot water heater. I think it can be a little cleaned especially sanitize more due to a lot of Cleaner and things are still going around, etc as of viruses and germs.

Uncomfortable
