We relocate for my job and the surgery was already scheduled and our home sold quickly. This property is under new management. The owners were very attentive to the issues we had with the a/c. They even sent a basket over with goodies thanking us for our patience and to wish my wife a easy recovery. There were issues but we will definitely stay at this home again if we visit Lake Charles again, as we know the new owners will have this property in great shape soon. The pictures on the site are entirely accurate. I loved the location - I walked to downtown restaurants and the Civic Center/Lakeside area regularly. It was quiet - which helped tremendously as I was working remotely some of the time. Inside is a nice big bedroom, a very nice restroom and living area, and a fantastic central island for food prep and eating and visiting - it's where I spent most of my time (sometimes I used it as a desk as well). The place has style and a beautiful color palette, but is comfortable at the same time. Communication with the manager/owner was easy, friendly, and prompt.
