Room and surrounding grounds were in excellent condition. immaculately clean. Staff friendly and helpful, knowledgeable on the area with great recommendations. The shower was tepid but it was summer so not really relevant. Still give a 5/5 and will be back here next time we are in Mudgee

Limited shops nearby,old looking motel. DEFINITELY needs a spruce up.aircon was kind of ok Overall the place looks dingy / cheapy
