Enjoy a stylish experience at this recently renovated cabin in the woods centrally located in the heart of Lake Arrowhead. This cabin is equipped with all of your needs in mind. It features 3 bedroom with plush cal-kind beds, 2 bathrooms with a rainfall shower, with a wrap around deck surrounded by stunning trees ideal for relaxing. We have curated the most comfortable bedding with designer decor and combined the nostalgia of a mountain cabin with the modern amenities to keep you in the present to unplug and unwind.  
  
Minutes away from restaurants and shopping Blue Jay Village. Less than 10 minutes away from Lake Arrowhead Village and Sky Park in Santa's Village.  
  
\= LAKE ARROWHEAD =  
  
Since Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, you must have a membership pass to access the walking trails. Pass is limited to trails only and cannot be used for access to the beach or docks. All guests who are staying at the cabin who wish to enjoy to the trail at the lake need to first contact the host prior to using the pass with all guests over the age of 18 with their full name & contact info. See additional ALA Rules below. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.  
  
Fees: $250 to replace membership card.  
  
1\. Lists the names, emails and dates of stay for each STR Client 18 years of age or older who will be staying at the property. Any guest under the age of 18 will need to include their full name prior.  
  
2\. Upon arrival please bring the membership card, all the STR Clients go to the ALA STR Client Services office to process their registration at the same time. The office is located at: 870 N. Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead, CA. 92352\. Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 7 days per week. It is recommended that you arrive no later than 4pm to ensure you receive your wristbands before the office closes.   
  
3\. The registration process requires that each STR Client who is 18 years of age or older show photo identification, and read and sign the ALA safety rules and waiver document.  
  
4\. NOTE: If the STR Property owner is not able to provide names or emails for all STR Clients ahead of time this information can he added at the STR Client Services Office.  
  
5\. Each STR Client who is 18 years of age or older will be issued and must wear a wristband to show registration. Wristbands are available for 1-day, 3-day or 7-day periods for corresponding fees of S10, $30 or $70 per STR Client. Children under 18 years of age will be issued free wristbands for the same periods of time as the accompanying adults.  
  
6\. While visiting Lake Arrowhead or the ALA Trails, all STR Clients must wear their wristbands. STR Clients 18 years of age or older must carry photo identification and carry the STR property owner's RFID card to open gates.  
  
\* Be sure to take the membership pass with you when you go. You can find the membership card on the top of the kitchen counter.  
  
:: Other things to note ::  
We allow up to two dogs. One large pet crate and two pet gates are available for use. You can find them located on the main floor bedroom closet.  
  
:: Security camera/recording device ::  
Active recording device. Ring doorbell & camera at the front of the house pointing to the front stairs and parking will be on. Unplugging, covering, or moving the direction of the camera will result in an immediate non refundable cancelation.

#### Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Knotty & Nice cabin. Gloria was a wonderful host and the cabin was so well stocked! The amenities were lovely as well. We had no trouble at all cozying up and enjoying the cabin for the entirety of our stay. It’s apparent that the host cares about her guests and wants them to have a great stay. The cabin is also in a good location with easy access to restaurants and the village.

Such a lovely weekend at the Knotty and Nice. The amenities were spot on - like a 4 star hotel but better! The deck was a lovely spot for a morning cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this home if you are staying In Lake Arrowhead.

Perhaps the best cabin as far as amenities and accommodations that we have stayed at. Literally had everything you needed from to go cups to every bowl and appliances you would need. Very comfortable beds and couch. Clean and convenient. Just grab some clothes and and a toothbrush, the rest is there. You can shop at Jensen's market for food and BBQ or eat out. Everything else is provided. Will visit again soon.

#### Idyllic retreat

Our family of 3 with our 2 dogs had a great time at this well-appointed cabin. We enjoyed the Arrowhead outdoors and access to the lake. Went to Lake Gregory, a 15 min. drive from the cabin, for some water sports and fun. The highlight of the trip was catching fair glimpses of fireworks over the lake on July 5th. Even our pups hung out in the balcony! One thing to note is it does get up in the 90s in peak summer and the cabin, although not equipped with central or split ACs, has tower fans to help with cooling. We were mostly ok with this and kept wondering how magical this place would be in winter. Thanks for having us stay!

#### The perfect cabin

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and we could not have been happier. This cozy cabin has all the amenities of a 5\* hotel. High quality bedding, pillows, towels (even prime toilet paper). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. We loved the coffee bar-Nespresso, Keurig, and French Press, and assorted teas as well. Our pup really appreciated the dog bowls, treats and blankets too! We all enjoyed the festive holiday decorations, such a nice and unexpected touch. The cabin is conveniently located with the lake, restaurants and shopping within minutes. We took a day trip over to Big Bear for some hiking as well. Thanks Gloria and family for sharing your beautiful cabin and being such welcoming hosts!

#### Wonderful Property and Experience!

I can't say enough how nice this property is - every little detail accounted for. Within 5 minutes of arriving my wife and I agreed, this was definitely the place for us! Our kids settled in quickly, everything was in order. Intuitive layout, lights, controls, easy to find anything I was looking for. Instantly a home away from home. Very clean, zero clutter, zero odors. Dog friendly, family friendly and cozy/quiet. Great location, just minutes from Jensen's on our favorite side of the lake. Parking is right at the front door which makes loading and unloading a breeze. There is additional parking in the driveway which runs down to a sub-level garage. We do a lot of cooking with the family and this kitchen is a great size and well stocked. They really do think of everything. Communications with the property owners before, during and after our stay was exemplary. Will definitely see if this property is available next time we stay in Lake Arrowhead. We would go back in a heartbeat.As the title says, a wonderful property and experience!!

Our stay in Knotty and Nice Cabin was superb! It looks exactly how it is in the photos, very cozy and has a welcoming vibe. Most notable for me is that it is extremely clean (I checked the baseboards... not dusty!!!). Also Gloria was very prompt in responding to my silly questions. We'll definitely come back!

This is a lovely home and the owners have honestly thought of everything to make the most comfortable and enjoyable experience! The beds are incredible, to the point that my wife was trying to figure out who made the mattresses as well as the sheets! The location was also excellent and made it easy to get to everything from hiking to eating to shopping! We would absolutely stay here again if it's available! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

#### Perfect getaway...just what we needed

Our stay at this cabin was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. The cabin was so welcoming and cozy. The cabin still had the Christmas decorations up and we enjoyed the Christmas tree and its lights. Gloria has really thought about every single little detail to ensure her guests are comfortable and have at hand almost every amenity possible (i.e., from make-up remover wipes to dog bowls, extra blankets, both Keurig & Nespresso, baking cookie sheets, Netflix, Peacock, the list goes on and on). My teen daughters were so impressed with all the bathroom amenities provided, and everything else! Hubby and daughters were happy, which meant peace and quiet for me. The only thing that was missing from the ambience was the working fireplace, which hopefully it will be operational by next Winter Season. All in all, this was just the perfect winter break getaway for our family right before returning back to work and school. We hope to return here soon! The Knotty & Nice Cabin will not disappoint!
