Great location and easy check in/out.It backs right into Lake Arrowhead Brewery so it was an easy walk for some local beers. We came right after the snow so there was a great hill for some awesome sledding.Property was nice and good amenities.
House has a unique floor plan, with a relaxing atmosphere, and amazing views. Property management was very helpful and accommodating when we decided to stay an extra day, to enjoy the ambiance of the property.
This cabin has been beautifully remodeled inside, was spacious for our group of 2 adults and 6 teens, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Village and lake. We made all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen that has new appliances. The fireplace and heating kept us cozy and warm during our snowy stay. Would most definitely rent this cabin again!
The views and sounds of the creek below the trees was boastful from the spacious deck.
The layout of the house is unique and is split into two separate lower levels. It was well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Pet friendly accommodations were a must for our family and this was great for our pups.
We enjoyed game nights and a walk down the hill to the local brewery where our delicious poke bowl dinner was delivered.
It was a great trip!!
This was everything we expected! Super nice place, great big patio. The layout of the house is a bit weird but totally fine. The best part is the location so close to the lake and brewery. As such, it's also right off of the main road so you can hear the traffic during the day so not the right place if you're looking for quiet secluded forest. Definitely the right place if you're looking for easy trails around the lake and walking distance to a lot of things to do!

Good Location But House is a Fixer Upper
This house is in a good location if you want access to the local activities. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake and the local brewery and 15-20 minutes to walk to the Village. If you want privacy, this may not be the place for you as there is a lot of traffic on the street where the house sits and you can definitely hear the partying on the lake. The house needs some updating. Since they allow dogs, there is a lot of dog hair on the floor and visiting critters have clearly marked their territory. The two downstairs carpeted areas smell like urine. A lot of the lights don’t seem to work either. We told the manager about a couple issues and they were quick to fix the problems. For some reason there are only 6 plates but about 20 wine glasses. This meant we had to run the dishwasher every day or two. The air conditioner works well and the porch is pleasant to sit on throughout the day.
Easy to find location.
I grew up with a vacation home around the corner, which is why i chose this place. Walk to the village within minutes for shops, restaurants and grocery store.
Place was clean and presented well. Not sure why the screen room was missing its screen or why the top level tv room lights didnt work. As for the entry door step, i suggest for safety reasons you add another 2x4 for a little more length for stepping out of the doorway.
Other than that, enjoyed our stay. If bringing a dog, at the botton on the backyard property, there is a little area with poop bag station.
A little pricey, especially after being double charged for late checkout (Happy Face Cedar Glen Malt Shop didn't open until 11am) charged for a additional guestv that didn't exist and a check in fiem that was not accessible. I believe the management company is fixing all of this. Also $57 in vrbo fees. But I would say totally acceptable if mid summer and lake rights included. Just my personal opinion,, not a knock on the property or owner becauaec we had a great stay.

Great Property/Location With a Couple Notes
So for starters, the location is amazing. Right next to the Brewery and within fairly easy walking distance of the village (if you're okay with going up/down a hill or two). The property itself is beautiful and represented well by the photos. I will mention that the room with the bench swing is only enclosed by screens, so if you're going to the property in the winter it wasn't really usable, but there's plenty of other living area spaces. Also if you bring dogs, the massive back patio is enclosed, which is perfect so they can all run around without worry of them running away.Be prepared for a decent amount of fees if you bring dogs, especially 2, all of which are listed in the description. The pet fee though is fairly reasonable compared to other properties with the discount offering. We had a major issue when checking in, where the key pad wasn't working in the middle of a blizzard, and we were getting no responses from any of the phone numbers or messages we sent. We were stranded outside in the snow with 2 dogs for 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone. After googling a random number at the company, I was able to convince them to let me have the code to the manager's lock box to get a physical key. In exchange for the trouble they let us have a late check out which was kind since it normally has a fee. So overall, it was a nice property and location, I would just recommend that the hosts be more responsive and available especially during check in hours.
We had the best time relaxing with our family, plenty of space for all of us. Great amenities and nice little extras, like coffee, sugar, comfy towels and great info on the surrounding area.
We had a beautiful stay here! The cabin was adorable and immaculate, and so close to the lake and the village! The owners were very attentive and accommodating - we will definitely be back!
My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very spacious and well stocked. The kids got some good playtime with the foosball table and Arrowhead village was very close by and easy to get to. The owners were very responsive to the few small things that came up during our visit. We would love to stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at this great getaway in the woods. It was very close to both Lake Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay. The setup was extremely dog friendly. Our 2 pups were in heaven looking out the glass windows and doors at nature. The amazing balcony / porch and gas fire pit was our favorite part of this woodland sanctuary. We enjoyed being so close to the water. Lake Arrowhead Brewing Company is nearby as an added bonus. Can’t wait to come back!!!! What a fun visit!
Wonderful cabin life experience!!! Very relaxing and perfect location!! Great communication and beautiful cabin…felt like HOME!! We can’t wait to come back!!!
The stay was a Great Experience overall, would do it again in the Future, the only complaint was from the 2 women, they did not like the Spider-Webs indoors and outdoors in the patios lol.
Thanks for the Wonderful Experience!
Excellent location which is very close to the market center and a short walk to the lake shore line.
Very clean place with new towels, new bed sheets, new appliances, heater works nicely, and very strong Wifi signal which were great to see in rental cabin. 5 star grading for me. Only a minor issue is tentants were not allowed to do fishing at the lake.
