The owner lives on the property, but has a separate entrance making it extremely private for guests. Contactless check-in makes it easy to show up when you want and not have to worry about meeting anyone. This home is super clean. Access to the property is very easy. The parking is flat and accommodates 2 cars, one covered and one uncovered. Garage is not available. The laundry is shared with the owner. This home is ideal for family vacations, getaways with friends, or small retreats. There are 2 smart TVs, one on the main floor and one in the office/den with Netflix and the Samsung app installed which allows you to get a variety of cable channels. Wifi is included for normal use. PETS Well behaved, friendly, housetrained dogs with no history of aggression are welcome, but you must disclose all pets prior within 4 hours of booking. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $1,000 per pet.Dogs may not be left unattended for more than 4 hours.
