We stayed here for two nights to explore the area north of Limerick to North Conway. A beautiful historic house with individually designed and decorated rooms. Very helpful and welcoming host who provided what we requested for breakfast. The Town Grille across the road was very convenient for dinner although closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

I was really pleased with my stay here. The hotel was spotless clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and great indoor swimming pool

New and well laid out. Clean with all the amenities you could need. Can't comment on staff as you check yourself in and your key is an app. Quiet.

Great location. Tasty pub next door. Great room.

Solid holiday inn experience, standard breakfast fayre and friendly staff

A very comfortable motel with a terrific king size bed. Very well heated too.

Enjoyed my stay. Man at check in was lovely. Room had what I needed but seemed set up for 1 person not 2, like 1 seat at the table to eat so had to use desk chair. The area of Scarborough is nice too, not just Portland

The location is ideal for my needs though sound from turnpike noticeable.Facilities could be updated but rooms and public areas okay. Breakfast menu limited, more variety please. Staff were very friendly and helpful, impressed!

Room was clean and the bed comfortable but the cabin was very dated and shabby, the check in is a bit vague too, the website gives different times to those shown on the hotel door but obviously you can see the sign on the door till you get there! Ring ahead if you going to be late is my advice.

Surprisingly good facility - clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds - was better than we expected. We lost one of our keycards - they replaced it with no problems or charge (we later found it so returned it on checkout). Definitely recommend this place - it's not the absolute best - but it's way above average in my opinion.

Clean, reasonsably priced.
