"The Shack was a very spacious vacation rental, inside and out. The premises was clean, had all the necessary kitchen implements to cook, provided all that was needed to wash dishes, copious amounts of kitchen towels, ample space to pack cabinet groceries, appliances all worked, drinking water was excellent, provided all the firewood needed to gather at the fire pit, furnished everything needed to do s’mores, nice grill to cook outdoors, a nice porch fan to circulate the warm air, hot tub was very clean, a lot of towels for the wet moments, and a very serene space to regroup from the daily challenges. My family and I truly relished our stay. The owner was very approachable and accessible. I give our stay and the host 5 stars !"

"Beautiful house, great kitchen set up and open floor plan. Plenty of space inside and out. Boat house is just as amazing. Lots to do inside if weather is bad. The ability to use the garage is a bonus as most VRBO's I have stayed at the garage is for owners only. Located at the end of one of the lake arms, so minimal boat traffic, but still close to amenities such as restaurants and gas on the lake. Only 10 min drive to grocery store."

"View was good. Interior of house was fine. Clean and nice set up. Garage play room-kids loved it. Two minor issues quickly resolved by host’s representatives. The outside property needs attention—upper deck had mold-needs a good cleaning. Screens need to be removed and hosed down to remove all the dead gnats. Screened in porch on the lower level—cushions need a good cleaning and the roof leaks. Boat deck—screened in porch—cushions need a good cleaning. Table is very dirty and needs a good cleaning. There are some soft wood planks on the deck that need to be replaced-safety hazard."
