Large Lake Andes Home Sleeps 6 Large Fenced yard. All remodeled new appliances

Chateau Lake Andes Home deluxe-rated 4bedroom, 3 bath spacious House with hardwood floors, beautiful granite and spacious cabinets.
It has a full kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area for six, a 6 gas burning large stove, TV in the living room, wireless internet,
a full size washer and dryer, and off-street parking.
The master bedroom has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has, a Bunk (2 Queens), 1 XFull size bed,
Downstairs there are a 1 Queen-size sleeper Futon in the living room. Chateau Lake Andes Home is in the center of the downtown Lake Andes core and just one block from Cahoys Grocery shopping, dining (Inside Scoop)
and water sports are all right outside the door.
Ammenities has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Call us, and allow Albergo Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Lake Andes experience!

Walleye is the primary sport fish although bass, crappie, pike and catfish are also fished on Fort Randall lake. Good water quality, excellent walleye and bass fishing, good fishing April, May, June & Aug. This is a Large private Lake Andes home with a large parking space so you can bring your vehicles, boats and other toys. This home is perfect for lake activities, fisherman, hunters, contractors and snowmobilers. The property has Easy access to town. Only 5 minutes to Hwy 50 bypass road with easy access to town and key places such as Fort Randall Dam and Lake Francis The winter it is perfect for snowmobiling when the wind comes out of the North and creates large snow drifts along the South shoreline. Sunsets on the back porch are amazing. Large lawn for yard games. The inside is fully remodeled and beautifully decorated. House Front parking, mud room, large kitchen, large living room, Office area for remote work, etc.Please be advised, the number of guests will be confirmed upon arrival.
