The Gardner House #1A is our brand new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit that sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking pristine Lake Alfred! This luxury, hotel-like accommodation was completed in 2023 to provide 2 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Stay with us for a wedding, a romantic getaway, or your next family vacation to Disney World!

This unit has a King Bed and luxury amenities, including: private porch and outdoor furniture, bathroom with tub /shower combo, kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine; in addition to plates, bowls, and cutlery. There is access to live TV (HULU TV), Netflix and High-Speed Internet. Also, don't forget to relax by our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred or play a game of shuffleboard!
