"From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. "Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

"This hotel is clean and cozy and perfectly situated to visit old town in Melk, including the abbey. So fun to step out the door onto a charming street full of cafes and shops. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the free breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic! I appreciate that the windows in the rooms open fully and also the fun little jars of candy at the checkout desk and restaurant for guests to sample. Tasty!"
