Pros: Location in the city, cleanness, shared kitchen, communications (largely by AI?); easiness of storing luggage before check-in and after check-out. Reasonably priced. Is was a good stay for us at Bob W hotel.
Cons: the room we had was a bit on the small side (don't know if there are larger rooms).
