I didn’t like that the windows couldn’t be opened and that the room temperature was much too high and couldn’t be changed. Otherwise, clean and efficient. Quality/price ok.

Parking was ok, approx 9 euros an evening and I found a space each day. Breakfast was good, with just the right amount of quality and variety. Staff at the reception and in the breakfast area were very polite and friendly. my room was never cleaned or towels replaced in 10 days, only to find out as I was leaving you must request clean towels! , might have been better to tell me the 1st night. The Hotel feels like it needs a good cleaning or an investment of a few upgrades. the TVs only show 9 local channels which I was surprised, as most places can receive global news channels for free these days and no option for Smart viewing, (Youtube, Netflix) for example

Would stay again if I take train
Convenient if you take train but you would need to walk 10-15mins for restaurants in city centre. Reasonable price to stay but I personally prefer hotels in centre of Lahti even if the price is 10-20% higher.

Great value
This hotel was surprisingly cheap but it was just as good as others that can cost up to 50% more per night. Nothing about the hotel or the room felt cheap.

Siisti huone, loistava sijainti, aamupala huono
Hotellihuone oli siisti yhden hengen huone, sijainti mitä loistavin Matkakeskuksen vieressä. Aamupala oli kuitenkin valitettavan huono. Salaatinlehdet olivat nahistuneet, leikkeleet kuivuneet jne. kasvisruokavalioon soveltuvia lämpimiä syötäviä ei ollut ollenkaan.

Greenstar hotel
Huoneessa oli todella kuuma, ei ollut saatavilla huoneessa ylimääräistä tyynyä. Aamupala oli ihan ok, tosin aika suppea ja ikkunan vieressä istuessa ikkunasta tuli viileys sisään, joten aamupala jäähtyä nopeasti. rauhallinen hotelli.

Siisti hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla
Majoituimme yhdessä tavallisessa huoneessa ja junior sviitissä. Tavallinen huone on hyvä, ja siellä on kaikki mitä lyhyeen majoitukseen tarvitsee. Junior sviitissä on makuuhuone ja olohuone erikseen, ja molemmille omat uloskäynnit. Sauna on myös sviitti-nimen arvoinen lisä, jonka lämmitysohjeet voisi lisätä seinälle, sillä pimeässä huoneessa kiukaan nappuloita on vaikea nähdä. Yleisesti ottaen hotelli on hieman aikaa nähnyt, ja väliovet rämähtävät äänekkäästi kiinni. Aamupala on hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Täydellinen sijainti rautatieaseman vieressä ja omalla parkkialueella tekee GreenStarista loistavan vaihtoehdon Lahdessa vierailevalle.

Erittäin siisti ja asiallinen perushotellikokemus.
Verhoilla sai totaalipimeyden. Hiljaisuus oli plussaa vaikka talossa oli isoja firmaporukoita. Tottakai ilman väliovia melu kantautuu jos mekastetaan käytävillä. Fööni on. jos ja juo teetä kannattaa ottaa teepussit jo aulan t-pisteestä mukaansa.
