Upon entering this gated estate, you'll instantly feel a sense of calm as you'll sense you have arrived in paradise. No expense was spared in this newly built home. The incredible chef's kitchen, large living and dining room and disappearing pocket doors leading out to the backyard and pool area are just a few of the highlights you'll notice within seconds of entering. The open floor plan and deck space allow for enough seating space for over 25 people, you'll enjoy meals together as a family 3 times a day. The backyard includes a large grass area, patio furniture and a custom pool that is second to none. The pool was designed over a 12 month period to ensure memories are made for every age. Begin by entering the pool and lounging on the "in water lounger chairs" that sit on a shallow shelf allowing you to sun bathe but remain cool immersed halfway in the water. The pool then deepens to just over 4 feet where a natural rock waterfall is found along with every child's dream, a twisting water slide. Inside the home, you'll find 7 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 5 of which have their own private bathrooms. 6 of the 7 bedrooms have king beds and all have 1000 thread count sheets. 5 star amenities are the standard in the custom built vacation home completed in late 2018. And lastly, don't forget to venture upstairs to the massive 800 square foot rooftop deck that overlooks the ocean with views all the way to Molokai and Lanai. Additionally, we can't remember the last time that we didn't see turtles while snorkeling. It's truly incredible and beautiful. How close is this home to the beach? Can we walk there with small children? The home is just steps from the sand. There are no roads to cross as the home sits directly on the beach access trail. You'll be on the sand in less than 30 seconds walking. Can you arrange a private chef for our stay? Absolutely. We can refer you to several private chefs that are known for incredible meals at many different price points. You'll work directly with your chef for meal preparation and payment. Is there high speed WIFI? Of course. The home has every 5 star amenity available. Can’t beat this place for a lux stay with big groups. Rooftop deck was the place for morning coffee and the pool was great. Great location on Nāpili Bay and close to all our favorite places. We had a great stay! It started with a walkthrough of the house to understand how to work everything and learn where everything was. Any time we needed help the communication was prompt and very easy. Any small issues were immediately remedied. The beds were fairly comfortable and the house was very aesthetically pleasing. We had a party of 18, ages from 2 to 76\. This home had something for everyone. The pool was the perfect size, the rooftop deck was good to watch the sunset. The beach is steps away & the home has 2 outdoor showers to rinse off after enjoying the excellent snorkeling and turtle viewing on the beach. We spent a wonderful week with our 6 adult children, their spouses and our young grandchildren. The home is very spacious and provided comfortable rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The backyard and pool were a fantastic addition to the beach time. It was perfect for the little ones to enjoy, as wells as the adults. The lanai provided a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and dinners. Napili is a great location. We were within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to the Kapalua Coastal Trail leading to more beaches and great snorkling. Andrew and his team exceeded all of our expectations. The layout of the house was perfect! We had 5 children ages 6-15 and they all stayed in the bunk bed room and had their own vacation within our vacation. The master bedroom rooms were on the other side of the house away from the kids room, very well thought out. We hired Chef Maja (chefmaja@gmail.com) for a night and the folding patio door made the perfect indoor/ outdoor dinner experience. The 4 washer and dryers and 2 dish washers were a hit for the parents. The beach is a 30 second walk, but the kids wanted to just slide into the pool. This is one of the biggest single family homes that is affordable and it did not disappoint! All of the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and nice bedding and pillows. We loved that almost all the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom, the living area was large and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked for a large group and make cooking fun, and the backyard was fantastic! The property managers were attentive to our needs and quickly fixed a dishwasher issue on our first day and a running toilet. The view from the rooftop was awesome and really allowed you to enjoy the sunset - unfortunately, all of the furniture and firepit in the listing photos had been removed and only a few chairs were still there, which was disappointing. The house is only a 4 minute walk to the best beach in Maui and is close to walking distance of several stores and restaurants. It was a great adventure! ##### cindy b. Twelve of us gathered for a 6-night stay at this phenomenal property, and all were absolutely blown away by how absolutely perfect it was for all of us (with ages ranging from 2 years old to 91 years old!). The house is gorgeous, spacious, beautifully appointed and wonderfully well equipped; the yard and pool area are fabulous as well! There are four washers and dryers and two refrigerators, so no need to dine out at all -- every possible thing we needed to cook and serve our meals was right there, at our fingertips. The driveway area was also extremely spacious -- plenty of room to park 3 large rental vehicles, and we loved the security and privacy provided by an entirely gated property as well. Whenever any questions or issues arose (a dryer with an error message, for example), the property managers were immediately responsive, helpful, and accommodating. In terms of location, one simply could not find a better one: it is literally steps from a stunning and highly-accessible beach, literally across the street from the beautiful Kapalua Golf Course, and a 5-minute drive from the super-convenient Napili Plaza, including the really well-stocked Napili Market.
