The place is beautiful with an amazing view. All the things we wanted for the beach was there. Check in was a breeze and everything was perfect I would definitely stay again

The view from the 12th floor was awesome overlooking the ocean and beach below. This also helped with keeping the unit cooler with the ocean breeze. The sound of the ocean crashing on the shore was soothing and we even had a fantastic vantage point in watching the migration of whales several times during our stay. The location was close to shopping for food, gas and golf courses not to mention the proximity to the highway. Some of the drawbacks was that the pool area was small and the hot tub was not working during our stay. The microwave was not easy to operate and so was the TV; there were no instructions on how to operate the 2 appliances. The sliding glass door did not lock in the master bedroom and the screen door to the guest bedroom which faced the main hallway was bent and did not seal properly to prevent insects from coming into the room. The silverware was incomplete and there were only 3 coffee cups, no wine glasses and limited amount of glassware in the unit. The unit did have some beach chairs, fishing poles, child's life jacket and additional air mattress. The dinning table can seat 4 people and additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen counter. There is seating for 4 people on the balcony overlooking the ocean, great place to get a birds eye view of the ocean with a drink of your choice.
