Great spot!

Location is great, you’re not in the middle of every thing but don’t have to travel forever to get to stuff. Unit was great well appointed, pictures are a little out of date there’s been upgrades to some to the electronics and furniture.

Loved the ocean view and sunsets. AC had to work overtime in the afternoon. Occupants in units around us smoking pot and/or cigarettes. Strong odor from each. Unit was bright and cheerful and very well equipped.

Maui Fun and Family

This is a great unit in which to enjoy yourself on Maui. It was clean and comfortable with a wonderful sunset view from its balcony. Opening the windows in the bedroom, over the front door and the slider to the balcony allowed the breeze to move through the unit keeping it comfortable at night and through most of the day. AC did the rest. Accessible beach right across the street (if you don't want to climb down over the guardrail there is a public access to the north side of the building across the street). Snorkel over the rocks to your left to see some colorful fish and the occasional turtle. Went one evening just before sunset and saw 6-7 turtles in a few minutes.Great snorkeling areas within minutes in either direction, from Lahaina (try Mala Wharf, more turtles) to Honolua Bay, a marine preserve with lots of different reef fishes.Great pool also. Very quiet complex. Several places to eat in easy walking distance. Or a quick trip into Lahaina for both dining and shopping. Mahalo for the memories!

Great Location with beautiful views!

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and had just what we needed to enjoy a week in paradise. The complex was very quiet. The views from the balcony were incredible. Whales, sunset, moon and more whales. Furniture was comfortable and the location is great. Excellent beach across the street. Close to shops.

Highly Recommend!

Beautiful quiet neighborhood that's not far from Lahaina. The property was exactly as described, beautiful view of the ocean and we loved eating breakfast on the balcony almost every morning. Check in was seamless and no contact. There was plenty of parking. . Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely love to stay there again!

Great condo as advertised!

My wife, our two young daughters (7.5 and 6) and I stayed here for 7 days as our first real vacation. The place is exactly as described, and looks just like the pics. We were pleasantly surprised by the gift waiting for us! The unit was perfectly appointed, with plenty of towels/beach towels, and fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. When we arrived we noticed the shower drain was moving a bit slow, and within an hour someone was there to fix it. My kids weren’t comfortable sleeping on the pull out sofa bed, so they slept with Mom in the bedroom. I took the sofa, which worked fine since the kids are small enough, though as they grow we’ll probably need a 2nd bedroom. Would be nice to have two extra pillows and an extra blanket to accommodate the person on the sofa bed. We did minor cooking while there and the kitchen was great for that, with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The lanai had a beautiful view, and we enjoyed watching the sunset over a light dinner and wine every night! Because of our timing (late winter/early spring), we even saw whales from our lanai - lots of them! The washer/dryer was a great benefit and we used it several times during the week, though I had to buy laundry detergent since only a single use box was provided. On our first day the kids went straight for the pool, which was very clean and well maintained, as was the hot tub. The beach right across the street was great, though we found ourselves driving to Lahaina town often for things to do. The wonderful trade wind breeze negated the need for A/C, though nice to know it was there. I must add that Kim Marie, the property manager, was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and also very responsive to our minor service requests. Overall this place met our expectations, and we’d likely stay here again!

Could have been better

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Getting the key and settling in was easy with a nice welcome package. The location seemed good and we never made use of the beach which was across the street - or the pool. The floor plan is good and the patio was nice because there was a nice open area back there, not more units. We had 3 people stay and felt we needed many more towels for a 5 night stay and didn’t think we should have to wash them ourselves. I think that was the expectation as one laundry tablet was provided. We asked for more tablets since we needed to wash them and they were dropped off. Hey, if we were gonna have to wash towels, we might as well wash clothes. The tub was an issue from the first day. It simply didn’t drain. By time the second person took a shower, they were standing in water immediately. We reported it the same time we reported the towel issue but nothing was done about the draining issue while we were there. Hopefully, it will be remedied before anyone else stays there. The place is decorated well enough, though slightly dated, and that definitely goes for the carpet. It would be way better if carpet wasn’t there. The bed was moderately comfortable to a little uncomfortable. All I’m all, it was just an ok stay to sub-par in this unit.

Not as pictured- Definitely dissapointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is much much older than what is pictured, please be aware of this when looking at pictures and considering it for your vacation. We had a long and lengthy flight to Maui from Toronto and are a couple in our late 50's /early 60's and have stayed at many vacation rentals in the past and were very dissapointed to arrive in the unit and find it not as cleaned or new as pictured and there is also alot of staining on the main carpet (which doesn't help you feel like you're in a clean place.) The unit was also 100 degrees inside and even with the a.c on it took 4 days before the place was semi-comfortable and there was no draft with windows open and doors either. Now while I entirely understand that Maui was experiencing hot temperatures, what I don't understand is why the manager or owner of the unit wouldnt have the common courtesy knowing guests are arriving to at least start the ac unit even a few hours before arrival or the day before at a decent temperature so that the guests arriving are not in extreme discomfort after a 17hour connecting flight and travel time. We brought these issues to the attention of the property manager who said she would only move us to a different unit if we paid an upcharge. We thought this to be in very bad taste as we weren't looking for an upgrade - we just wanted to be in a unit that felt clean, that the temperature wasn't so extremely uncomfortable. The sheets didnt smell clean and we ended up re-washing them ourselves prior to sleeping. As a customer paying a comparable price to other units in the area we really should have booked elsewhere and the fact that she was letting us know she would only move us if we paid an additional charge of over 600$ usd as well as a cleaning fee on top of it because we would be switching units left a very sour taste in our mouth about the rental property as well as Epic realty. We strongly reccomend that any future people reading reviews take the above into consideration prior to booking.

Good Stay and Close to Nice Beaxhss

We ended up driving to Lahaina and Napili/Kapalua a lot while staying here which was fine because they’re very close by. The condo was really neat and tidy and has a nice spice selection for those planning to cook. No oils or other pantry staples but cooking utensils were adequate. They have two beach chairs but not much else in the way of beach gear, which is also fine since we just walked to Boss Frog nearby to rent an umbrella. Smooth check in and checkout and easy communication with the manager. All in all, I recommend!

The air condition unit in the main room worked well for tha t room but did nothing for the bedroom which was uncomfortably hot .There was one louvered window which did not provide enough air circulation ,even though we had two fans going . We had to add eggcrate cushions to the sofa bed to cover up the springs so it could be used as a bed .
