This unique corner unit boasts a breathtaking 270 degree view of the Pacific Ocean with Molokai’i and Lana’i in the distance. With floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living and bedroom, gentle breezes and sunsets can be enjoyed lounging on the couch or relaxing in bed. Imagine falling asleep to the lull of ocean waves at your feet and waking to spouting whales in the background. Truly an oasis on the Valley Isle. We've renovated the kitchen, living/dining, bedroom and vanity as of 09/2017 and we recently renovated the bathroom shower area as of 07/2023\. The fully-stocked kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances as well as new cookware for your enjoyment. The bedroom also has new furnishings with plenty of storage space. When you're ready to snooze, relax in comfort in our plush Cal King bed. Need more sleeping space? Our brand new sleeper sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. For guests who want to visit multiple islands, we also have a condo in Kapa'a, Kauai and Kona, Hawaii (Big Island). Generally, AC is not needed being so close to the ocean we get amazing breezes that keep the condo cool with the lanai doors opened. The lanai is completely private even though the building is in a well populated area and we spent a lot of time there. We saw a few sea turtles in the water below. The kitchen and bathroom had been nicely remodeled (along with the entire unit). The manager communicated well and in a timely manner. The unit could use a few additional amenities (only seating the in living area is the couch; provide a pitcher in the kitchen as well as a few standard supplies like plastic wrap or foil). I think it's clear in the photos and description, but there is no beach area in front of the building. There is a public beach with restrooms less than 10 minutes away. ##### Pam S. My friend and I stayed nine nights in this rental and enjoyed every minute there! The views were amazing from both the bedroom and living room balconies! The condo was very clean and described exactly as it is listed. We had a glitch with the cable TV but the owner responded immediately to our questions and helped us with the system.
