The living room area has a large sectional sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. Enjoy wonderful ocean views and amazing Maui sunsets from the comfort of your living room and large lanai. This ocean-view, bungalow-style condo was recently remodeled in 2022 and incorporates elements such as woodwork, tile work, and original Hawaiian artwork to create an authentic Maui experience. The hardwood and tile floors make the home feel cool and refreshing after a day in the sun. The 1st-floor bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft bedroom features a brand-new Cal king-size bed, an ensuite powder room with toilet and sink, and a closet. Located in the Coconut building, includes an open, remodeled kitchen featuring custom wood counters and stainless steel appliances. Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day. Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The 2 of 3 vents by the front door were broken, limiting my ability to ventilate. The stopper on the front door didn’t work so I couldn’t get cool air in that way. Clean and tastefully updated with lots of thoughtful details like a well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home, beach chairs, a small cooler, etc. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. It was in a great location at MKV with a nice partial ocean view from the lanai. The two pools were lovely and it was nice to have a grassy area on the lawn where you could relax on loungers and jump in the pool or ocean steps away. Beautiful sunsets, well appointed, felt very private. Appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and basic kitchen supplies. Good communication with MyPerfectStays. We loved sitting on the lanai with it's clear view of the ocean. The unit was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Wonderful unit with all the amenities we needed. You can't beat the location, as it's steps from one of the best beaches in Maui. The balcony has an ocean view which is an added bonus! Beautiful property, with a pool very near. Snorkeling at Black Rock Beach was amazing, as was the beach near the Westin.
