This unit offers central AC, flat-screen TVs, and tropical views and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom opens to the living room and offers a comfortable king-size bed equipped with its own cable TV. There is a king-size sleeper sofa in the living room area for additional guests. The living room features an open-concept layout with a dining area for four and tile flooring. The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and full-size appliances. Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day. Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, a convenience store, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center. We have stayed in the Maui Kaanapali Villas before but never in a unit as nice as this. Very spacious, clean, well stocked and the most comfortable king bed! This property had it all, anything you could need during your stay. The large patio and extra bathroom was an added bonus. The did a perfect use of space set up. And kids enjoyed sofa sleeper with foam mattress. Way better them most we have stayed in. We go every summer to MKV condos and this specific condo I would rent every time if possible!! ##### Bahia N. The residence (Villa A210) was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We would love to stay there in the future. I highly recommend My Perfect Stays and Maui Ka'anapali Villas. Perfect Stays and the owner of the condo were very accomodating when we had questions as well as recommendations for restaurants, places to see and activities. The MKV was in a perfect location on the beach and had awesome amenities! I cannot say enough about this resort. I am sad to be back home. ##### Debra O. It was very clean and well-appointed. Just the way we like it. Not too many things but just enough. It looks great on the inside. Had everything we would need. Spacious inside for just the two of us. We enjoyed the oversized deck in the morning and the evening. We used the trolley to get to Ka'anapali several days. Location was nice where everything was accessible but wasn't in the hubbub of everything.
