We always book our Whaler stay in a high floor facing Black Rock, so we were delighted when this studio appeared on VRBO. However the day before we flew in, the property manager called us to say that it was already rented and wasn't available. We spoke to Whaler management and they were able to book us into a studio a floor higher, with an even (slightly) better view.
