It was just okay. The facility is close to Disneyland with a convenient shuttle service Our shower had drain issues during the stay. They tried to fix it but it was still clogged with no empty rooms to move us to. There’s a charge to use a microwave, shuttle service- everything you can think of. The pool in our tower was under construction the entire time. Same cost however as rooms with working facilities The gym was nice. I’ll try a different hotel next time

This was an excellent stay for us. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. Transportation to and from Disney was very good.

My husband and 2 kids stayed here for our Disneyland trip. The lobby is exquisite. We stayed in a suite. The first night our bed was horrible. The mattress was dipped really bad. In the morning I talked to the front desk about it and they had it changed out within the hour. The bell hop employees were amazing! They grabbed all of our luggage from the car and unloaded it in our room. Same thing for check out just in reverse. We used the valet for our car parking. The tram drivers to and from the park were very helpful and funny. Our stay was amazing. My husband wants to stay there again. The only thing I didn’t like is you had to pay for parking each night on top of paying for the tram and they didn’t have a complimentary breakfast. Those things weren’t an expense I really wanted to pay but it was a lack of planning on my end when looking for a hotel. My husband says you get what you pay for and he’s not wrong. 10/10 for this hotel

Absolutely amazing! Staff is great! The rooms are very comfy. I loved that they offer a shuttle directly to Disneyland which made everything convenient to go back and forth.

Not sure why they charge $30 for parking, I guess because they can get it. I didn’t realize there would be a charge before I booked. It would have been nice to know.

Swimming pool area needs renovation and more maintenance/cleaning. Room showering is extremely noisy. Shuttle rides to Disneyland is great though.

Location is convenient. We found a stain on our bedsheet but house keeping team responded quickly. David, the head of the parking lot, is the reason why I give this hotel a 5-star rating. He is truly amazing! On a rainy day during our stay, juggling kids in and out like a shuttle bus, David's assistance was invaluable. His professionalism and high level of care for the hotel stood out to me. I even began to wonder if he might be the CEO in disguise, observing the parking lot operations incognito.

Great room, nice bed, had a frig, provided a shuttle for $6 per person to Disneyland! And only a 5 minute drive to the Angel's stadium. A great find! Score!
