"Staff on arrival or during stay were very helpful and related well with guests. A spacious, clean room, easy parking and well positioned. The Bistro, Sports Bar and restaurant were close by with plenty of choices. Noisey in the evening as it is very popular with locals and tourist alike. Worth booking a table for meals to avoid inconvenience."

"We had a pleasant time in Mercure Hunter valley . It is very close to Hunter valley gardens, and village. Excellent location walking distance to places to eat and enjoy coffee etc. Our room had a great view towards the lake and vineyard. Easy parking spot right in front of room area."

"Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Two restaurants to choose from - a bistro and 'Oak and Vine' restaurant serving Asian fusion menu. Both excellent and offering value for money. Breakfast (included) wasplentiful with good choices for everyone. Othe resort facilities are very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is an excellent value for money resort."

"This was very good value for money, and the breakfast was excellent. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated, and could be improved with some general maintenance/renovations, but overall we enjoyed our short stay."

"Great stay! We had a really enjoyable stay at Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The location is great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value, great location and fantastic staff. Would happily stay again!"
