Stylish 3BR townhouse just 5 min from Irvine Spectrum and 10 min from the beach. Located in a peaceful, family-friendly community, ideal for relaxing stays. Only a 2-minute walk to pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, gym, tennis, sand volleyball & basketball courts. Includes billiard table, full kitchen, and plenty of parking. Not suitable for parties or loud guests.

The home has 2 kitchens & laundry. Downstairs kitchenette & laundry are not available for guests. Thanks for understanding.
