The cottage has been carefully furnished to meet the needs of discerning traveler's seeking an alternative to hotel lodging. We have selected very fine art work along with hand crafted furniture to reflect the character and charm of the original art colony of Laguna. The bathroom and kitchen was completely renovated in order to upgrade the facilities and appliances to provide maximum comfort. It’s a small group of cottages with a ton of privacy. Relatively peaceful. Everything worked as expected and felt as expected inside the unit. I would say the only not perfect part was that the air conditioning unit in the living room really did not keep up. The one in the bedroom did well because that was a smaller space. If you’re looking to walk to the main part of town, you can do so from these cottages but keep in mind that Laguna is pretty hilly so it’s not a super easy flat walk. The details in the cottage take you back in time and give you the vibes of old Hollywood on vacation, but with air conditioning if you need it. We will be back for another stay for sure.
