For outdoor dining, the front patio offers a table for six and a gas grill—perfect for sunset dinners or gatherings with friends. The back patio provides a peaceful retreat to relax and enjoy the ocean air, making it the ideal spot to unwind.   
  
The first bedroom, located on the main floor, features a comfortable queen-size bed with direct access to the peaceful back patio through French doors. Upstairs, the second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and beautiful ocean views, creating a serene retreat. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and the home is equipped with a convenient stacked washer and dryer to make your stay as easy as possible.  
  
Although the home doesn’t have air conditioning, the coastal breeze keeps things refreshingly cool, letting you enjoy the true Laguna Beach experience. For your convenience, the home offers one covered parking space and plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.
