Downstairs(down one small flight of stairs from main level): Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, Bathroom, Access to Backyard and Pool
2 bedrooms feature easy access to spacious ocean view deck.
Outside (down one small flight of stairs): Pool Area, Seating Areas, Outdoor Refrigerator, Koi Pond.
**Adult supervision is required if there are minors staying at the house, as there are no safety features for the pool.
