Both bedrooms had comfy beds and a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony where you can watch the world go by. The only issues were 1) two of the 3 ceiling fans (bedroom & living room) did not work properly . This was esp problematic in the bedroom making it hot to sleep. I asked for a replacement tablefan and never received one. 2) The stairs are quite steep with narrow steps. We were fine as in our 50s but an older person may find it difficult to go up and down the stairs. You have to be very careful. All in all, we loved the apartment and would come back again.
