I booked two weeks in advance, when I arrived the room was not ready, I changed room threetimes, one of the room had no hot water, the bathroom was dirty and the room smells bad. The second room had no internet, they finally changed my room to another floor\] they claimed had internet but it never worked. The had only one towel in the room and one cake of bath soap that smells so sad. When I asked ot checkout they refused and it took me two weeks to get a refund from Expedia.
