We stayed in room 303, which is one of the external rooms overlooking the pool and you can even see the sea in the distance. Roll had a big balcony. These rooms have steep stairs and aren’t suitable for people with mobility issues. There was a small table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. The main building where we stayed is very well maintained and the cleaning is top rate. The hotel staff can not do enough for you and make your stay a very pleasant and relaxing break. The breakfast has something for everyone and is very fresh and replenished throughout the breakfast service between 08.00 and 11.00 am. Really great property and really well fitted out in the kitchen for cooking which can be rare. Great and helpful staff who are very responsive. Great to have the easy access to the pool for lazy afternoons and the Moroccan restaurant at the pool is amazing and really good value. Easy 15-minute walk into the centre of town which goes past small local Portuguese restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops so you could experience the fancy old town places as well as the authentic local places.
